too many rooms

Everyone of the main fortuna hotel owners is worried about the new influx of huge hotel developers. The place is getting crowded with offers, but not a lot of new tourists are coming our way. We have an idea where this is going to head = cannibalism. The big hotels buying out the small hotels and then the chains coming to buy everything. Funny thing is that hotel chains havent showed up on the Arenal Volcano footsteps. Right now , the owners are still costarrican, but in the following years that could change, and in a remarkable way. Just wait and see.
